  9. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked.
  10. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before fluffing it with a fork.
  11. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
