Method

Take another small amount of rice and place it on top of the filling, using your hands to form it into a ball shape. 6. Wrap the plastic wrap around the rice ball and use your hands to shape it into a triangular shape. 7. If desired, cut a piece of nori sheet and wrap it around the rice ball. 8. Repeat the process with the remaining rice and filling. 9. If using a bamboo mat, wrap the mat with plastic wrap and place the rice balls on the mat. 10. Steam the rice balls for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through.
