- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the uncooked minute rice, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture and season them with salt and black pepper.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken breasts.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked through.

Notes
