  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Method

For the Braised Duck:
  1. Clean the duck and cut it into large pieces.
