- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Method
- Soak the glutinous rice in water for 30 minutes, then drain it.

- Pour 2 cups of water into a wok or large frying pan and bring it to a boil.
- Place the steaming basket on top of the wok or frying pan and steam for 30 minutes.
- Remove the steaming basket from the wok or frying pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
