Ingredient

- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped - 1 head of broccoli, chopped - 1 can of cream of mushroom soup - 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup of sour cream - 1/4 cup of milk - 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons of butter - Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. 2. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the cauliflower and broccoli until tender. Drain and set aside. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and milk. Mix well. 4. Add the cauliflower and broccoli to the mixing bowl and mix well. 5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it evenly. 6. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top of the casserole. 7.
