- 1 cup wild rice
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- In a large pot, combine the wild rice and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 40-45 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
