Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Equipment

Method

  1. Heat the wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the vegetable oil and swirl it around to coat the wok or skillet.

  8. Add the cooked Jasmine rice to the wok or skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
  9. Add the fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, black pepper, and salt to the wok or skillet and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until the rice is evenly coated.
  10. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, use day-old rice that has been refrigerated overnight. This will help to prevent the rice from becoming too sticky during the stir-frying process.
