- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- In a wok or large skillet, heat 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until the onion is translucent.
- Add the frozen peas and carrots to the wok and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Push the vegetables to the side of the wok and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked, then mix them in with the vegetables.
- Add the cooked white rice to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until the rice is heated through.
- Add the cooked crab meat to the wok and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the crab is heated through.
- Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until the rice and vegetables are evenly coated.
