- 3 cups brown rice cereal

- Wooden spoon or spatula

Method
- Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt over medium heat.
- Stir the mixture constantly until it is smooth and well combined.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the brown rice cereal. Stir until the cereal is coated in the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press it down firmly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the pan for at least 30 minutes or until the mixture is firm.
- Remove the pan from the fridge and lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper.
- Cut the bars into squares and serve.
