Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Rinse the brown basmati rice in a fine mesh strainer and drain well.

  10. Bake the rice in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned on top.
  11. Remove the lid or foil and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top of the rice.
  12. Let the rice cool for a few minutes before serving.
