- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Green onions, chopped

Method
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and ground pork and cook until browned.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are soft and the onion is translucent.
- Add the salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, oregano, and cayenne pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Add the cooked rice and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the rice mixture cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and let the rice mixture cool for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top of the rice mixture.
