Method
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or pork over medium-high heat until browned, stirring frequently to break it up.

- Add the chicken broth and rice to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet with a lid.
