Method

- If using a baking dish, line it with banana leaves. Pour the batter into the dish. If using a clay pot, grease it with butter and pour the batter in.
- Bake the bibingka in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. If cooking in a clay pot, cover the pot and cook for about 30 minutes, then remove the cover and cook for another 15 minutes or until done.
